It is owned by a dynamic mother daughter duo, Joyce and Autumn Nethery. Which makes it a perfect place for a girl’s day. So I suggest you grab your tribe and head to Jeptha. You and the ladies can take a tour of this beautiful facility. See the farmland where they grow their bloody butcher corn which is a staple in all their distilled products, Have a tasting, hang out on their patio for their concert series Jammin at Jeptha, or grab lunch in their restaurant/bar while sipping on a cocktail prepared with one of their spirits.
Joyce Nethery is the master distiller who took her love of chemistry and farm life to help creative a successful women owned and women driven business. Her daughter Autumn, who is co-owner and marketing manager of the distillery, is one of the youngest distillery owners in the country and has traveled and learned from some the best distillers in the world. This past May Jeptha Creed released their first straight 4-Grain Kentucky Bourbon. If that is not Making Bourbon Girly then I do not know what is!
